Answer 2 :
It is your computer that is sending the spam because it is infected with malware. The computer generates the messages and send them out as you.
Answer 3 :
just scan your pc for virus and malware problem will be solved
Answer 4 :
(Sorry it's a long answer, but it's complicated question/solution.) This has been happening to both Yahoo and Hotmail accounts, but even more so recently. Weak passwords shorter than completely random 12+ characters are a big problem! Your address may have been found in someone else's infected computer's address book, and is being used by spammers. You may have opened an infected Spam mail or an attachment. Some new malware can install itself just by opening it, without even clicking a link! (It only takes a few hours to crack an 8-character password!) If none of these mails show in your Sent folder, it is not your own computer that is infected. Check there first. Deleting your account will not stop this spam - once the spammers have the address, they will continue to use it for a while. 1. Check that the alternate e-mail address is still yours (Change it?), and then change both your password AND your secret questions and answers. Make them unique and strong ones! 2. Run both an anti-virus and spyware/malware scan, separately - even more than one malware scan, or Trend Micro's Housecall for an online a-v scan. (in 'Safe Mode with Networking' is most effective) http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php http://www.superantispyware.com/ http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ 3. Then delete cookies, cache and history in case the malware can 'self- reproduce' ... http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard Also, for individual browsers, see: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Online-Activity 4. Notify all your contacts NOT to open short e-mails, especially those with no subject, and definitely not to click any links. Warn them to scan for malware too, just in case. Set up an alternate 'alias' account to use instead. This allows you to use a different address but still keep all saved mails and contacts and the first address active too for incoming mail. 5. If these spams/spoofs do not stop, you will need to set up a new account. http://explore.live.com/windows-live-hotmail (new address) 6. Read the Ask Leo newsletter reference for more details: http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_stop_someone_from_sending_spam_to_my_closed_hotmail_accounts_contacts.html?awt_l=FRkpR&awt_m=1h0BIcXn3ZdfbL
Answer 5 :
This happens alot...usually a win 32 backdoor Trojan or bot is placed on the computer by going to unsecured sites or visiting a website that has a Malicious URL code built in for anyone clicking on the website....your e-mail has not been hacked...nor do you need to change your password (but that is up to you).....but the infection(s) must be removed...download and scan with these two free utilities....and when you download malwarebytes...it will ask you for a free trial to the paid pro version...just click "no thanks"...the free version works just as well.... http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html
Answer 6 :
There's not much you can do. Once your hotmail email address gets known anybody can send bulk spam with your address in the reply to field. All the on-line webmail systems are prone to this, and sometimes your on-line contacts get hacked. Even regular mail accounts are vulnerable. If I turn off my ISPs spam filter I get ~200 returned as undeliverable mails that appear to have come from my account

Answer 1 :
Spammers just use random email addresses in the 'From' address of the emails they send. Anything that bounces goes back to that address, rather than the real sender. It does not mean anyone has used your account in any way.
Answer 2 :
Check your outbox to see if the emails were actually sent from your account. If not, your account was not used. If that is not the case, and you've already changed your password, scan your computers for viruses, spyware, or keyloggers. Links to these types of software can be found on the links page at http://villainousnetworks.webs.com.
Answer 3 :
Change your password, or delete the account and make a new one :)
Answer 4 :
First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/inĂ¢€¦ for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
Answer 5 :
Sounds like your computer might be infected and become part of a bot-net. Update your AV and run a scan, also try Malwarebyte's AntiMalware and/or SuperAntiSpyware (both have free versions for scanning and removing).

what does accruals mean in accounting terms?

what does accruals mean in accounting terms?

Answer 1 :
In extreme basic terms it means include costs not yet paid, but due. An example is you know you will have to pay your tax bill in January for wages paid up to December. You have not yet written the cheque to the revenue so you have not yet debited your accounts, But you know what you are due to pay, so you include it as current cost.
Answer 2 :
Accruals are liabilities and non-cash assets that you carry forward into the next period. Accrual method in accounting lets us keep assets and liabilities in the periods that they actually belong. Cash method would have you place them at the moment the payment is made, regardless of when the revenue was generated or the liability was incurred. An example is wages payable. Our workers have worked for us over the last week and we owe them the pay for the hours worked but we are not going to pay them until the first week of the next month. We have accrued the debt. We will carry it forward into the next month when we will cut the checks on payday. We pre-paid our insurance for the year. We carry the insurance forward and expense it in each month as it gets used. At the time we paid for it we had an accrued asset (prepaid insurance) and we reduce that account as we expense it each month. Imagine you are working on a long-term project, such as building a dam. As you build it you do not accumulate the dam as inventory. You accrue revenue as a percentage of completion. The revenue is earned in the month when the work is actually performed even though you get paid on another schedule.

What do you do about a credit card account that has been running for years but the bank never issues a card?

What do you do about a credit card account that has been running for years but the bank never issues a card?
A bank is charging a credit card account which huge interest but refuses to issue the card for use on the account - this has been going on for years! If they are not willing to issue a card, should they be charging interest on the account? Should they not freeze the interest therefore to allow for clearing the debt? Is this legal? Is this not a breach of the contract?

Answer 1 :
If you still owe money to them which has been going on for years, then they are not going to give you a card to get into more debt. You will have to clear the debt before they will give you more credit. And yes they can keep charging you interest. You owe them Money.
Answer 2 :
If you read the Contract, you will discover that there is nothing in it that says they have to actually issue you with a card .. (although there is lots about how any card they do issue belongs to THEM, not you, and they can ask for it back at any time they like). However since you have been paying their huge interest charges for years (and not reducing the debt at all), you are plainly one of their best customers ! I suggest you write explaining that if you would be decent enough to send you a card, you will be sure to spend up to whatever new Credit Limit they choose (thereby allowing them to collect even more in interest and fees ..) You should include a plan that shows how you will continue to pay their charges for the next 50 years ... On the other hand, if you REALLY want to be nasty to them, pay your debt off as soon as possible ...
Answer 3 :
You're not telling the whole story. Is this an account that you defaulted on? That would explain why the lender will no longer "issue a card."
